This new and fully custom home is perfectly situated to maximize mountain views and privacy while maintaining accessibility to the village of Hobart and the towns of surrounding Delaware County. The space Throughout the home you will find high end finishes from custom wood cabinetry, radiant heat flooring, custom windows, en suite bathroom with soaking tub dual shower head and bidet, dimmable lighting, and local one of a kind art. Primary Bedroom with en suite bathroom: -King bed, premium organic bedding, black out window treatments, ceiling fan, sound machine, dimmable lighting -Bathroom features walk-in shower with two shower heads, high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, soaking tub, and Toto toilet with bidet Secondary Bedroom: -Queen bed, generous closet with hanging and drawers, black out window treatments, ceiling fan, sound machine, dimmable lighting Guest Bathroom: -walk in shower with two shower heads, high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Kitchen: -gas stove with griddle -high powered vent fan -Berkey water filter -ice machine in freezer -marble countertops -bar seating for 2 -plenty of glassware, plates, dishes, and stemware -cooking basics: olive oil, chef's knives, all clad pots and pans, Le Creuset dutch oven, sheet trays -dishwasher -microwave *please note this my second home, there will be condiments in the fridge and some items in the freezer. The primary bedroom closet will be locked, that is used for storage of my personal items while hosting. Other things to note Check out instructions at the end of your stay are very limited, our only request is that you take the kitchen trash and recycling outside (back side of the house, very close) before checking out. This keeps the house pest free if the cleaner is not available to come the same day as guest check out. There is a small non-shedding dog that lives in the house about 25% of the time, an FYI for anyone with severe allergies.
