The studio shares a common wall, duplex-style, with another rental unit; a one-bedroom cozy, coastal apartment. The units share a guest driveway but each unit has its own separate entrance. Depending on space/size, the property has room for one vehicle and a boat trailer if you are planning to travel with a boat. Message the host for further details. *If staying during winter months* This apmt is heated and cooled by a window unit. The window unit is very effective for both heating and cooling, however it does have a safety feature that shuts the unit off when weather drops below 40 degrees. We provide additional portable heaters to supply supplemental heat to the unit in those conditions (very rare in Wilmington), but something to note considering the weather during your visit.
