The impressive Sea Point beachfront, along with restaurants, shops, swimming pool and a MyCiti bus stop, are a mere 10 minute stroll away. The space Penrose Place has 2 full-size bedrooms plus one petite bedroom which is well suited for 2 kids. Relax in the sun-facing lounge with balcony, with a characterful dining room featuring a bio-fuel fireplace for chilly evenings. Prep a meal in the spacious – and generously equipped – kitchen, which includes a small pantry and separate, secure, courtyard. A spacious private deck is nestled amongst trees and is the ideal place to spend an afternoon. Guest access You have access to the complete house and garden Safe parking for 3 cars: 1 garage and 2 off street. Other things to note All windows feature burglar bars and the house is linked to an alarm company. Magnificent as the Cape is, load-shedding – scheduled electrical interruptions – are part and parcel of the easy life we live here. While we don't let it bother us too much, and inconveniently timed electrical outage can be less than optimal. HERE’S THE SKINNY: Penrose Place has off-grid power!
