The cabin is off grid and is powered by solar with gas generator back up. VAST accessible, 20 minutes from Burke Mountain, and 5 minutes from Kingdom Trails. 45 minutes to Canadian border. The cabin is off grid and has a rustic vibe. It’s very important to note that our cabin is OFF GRID - meaning power is sometimes limited, heat is provider from wood stove, and hot water is also limited. It is not uncommon for the power to turn off in the middle of the night, this can be restored by turning on the generator. Please plan on charging your cellphones during the day rather than at night. Showers should be limited to a few minutes. In colder months please plan on keeping the wood stove stoked before turning in for the night to ensure your comfort and warmth! Starlink high speed internet now available. When driving up to the cabin use caution once you get to the gravel road as some spots are bumpy. You will pass through the gated entrance and continue on until you reach the driveway to the cabin. There will be a sign on the right hand side. There are walking trails around the property that you are also free to use. Winter months four wheel drive is highly recommended. We are available to help at any time during your stay. 5000 acres of forestry behind the cabin. Neighbor at the gate and another neighbor past the gate, about halfway up to cabin. There’s not too many neighbors so please be respectful to ones you may see :) Ample parking at the cabin. Kingdom Trail parking is available down the mountain right as you turn onto School Street from VT-114 (on Community Building Rd)
