Luxurystay - Parrot Nest

A gorgeous, private, modern guesthouse located in a quiet, semi-rural area of Welcome Bay, Tauranga. With separate bedroom, bathroom and lounge/dining area and kitchenette (please note there are no cooking facilities). Features a large sunny patio with a garden outlook for relaxing with a book or enjoying a nice glass of wine outdoors. The space Located at the front of the main house on a large property with an expansive garden, this is a very peaceful and private guest house. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, toaster, jug, microwave, fridge, nespresso machine and a small bench-top oven and grill. The bathroom in the Parrot Nest will blow your mind! It is a very large bathroom where you can take your time to shower and prepare for a night out. Highlights of the bathroom include: Large tiled shower with rain shower head, double basins, bidet, interesting light features (LED light with colour change option and soft light around the mirror). Important: Cooking is NOT permitted at any time (insurance requirement). Do NOT bring and use any other kind of cooking appliances (i.e. rice cooker, hot plate, electric fry pans etc.). Please inform us if you need an extra bed: Cot upon request for free (0-2 years) / Extra bed upon request for $50 per child per night (3-16 years). Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the guest house and patio in front of the house. You also have access to a small enclosed garden area. Other things to note On arrival there will be a few small breakfast items provided (ie. cereal, milk, juice, bread, spreads and fruit). Please note that these items are only provided at the beginning of your stay.
