Our condo is on the Marina of Cabo San Lucas and we pay the Airbnb fees in our listing our prices are all upfront. Enjoy the entire condo with amazing outdoor space. Paraiso Residences has 24 hour security. There is currently construction going on in the Paraiso community. This condo is just minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Relax on the rooftop patio in our amazing private hot tub. Concierge services available. The space Everything in unit 1111 is yours when you book. The residence, courtyard and rooftop deck are yours to enjoy. Please know - We have lots of outdoor space with glass walls that retract, so there may be an occasional visitor from outside that decides it’s nicer inside 😊. We have an exterminator that takes care of the property with a non toxic treatment but you may see an occasional ant, spider or bug. It’s the joy of indoor/outdoor living. Our property is centrally located on the marina which is awesome but sometimes can have club noise into early morning hours. If you have concerns of this please talk to us prior to booking ♥️ No same day bookings. Guest access There is a private gated garage for only residence and guests, key will be delivered at check in and it will be performed exclusively through your concierge . 24 hour security on-premise and after hours access only by elevators up to residence’s units. Note - we will not enter our home during your stay unless it meets emergency criteria or you have given permission. We respect your privacy.
