This is a very and upscale apartment, it is centrally located in the CBD and close to everything.The building is clean and tidy, common areas such as swimming pool, gym, spa are all very luxurious The room is clean, neat, and feels like home.It is suitable for families. ❗️Please be aware: No Party is allowed🚫 ❗️We don't have a parking space for now, sorry! The space The rooms are very clean, in order to provide you with a high quality home like living experience, the furniture and appliances and bedding used are good things, not cheap ones. Guest access The building is equipped with an upscale gym, a swimming pool and a spa. However, the management of the building manager is very strict. Only residents with fingerprints have access, and Airbnb guests are not allowed to enter them (although annoying, this is not my rule, we can only follow). To avoid disputes: If you want to enter this apartment at any time or multiple times a day, please do not book this apartment!!! If you want to use it, please ask me in advance, you need the fingerprint of our staff to get in!!! These facilities are open from 10 am to 9 pm.
