The neighborhood is different, you can walk around the area. Bus to OLD SAN JUAN $1.50. Comfortable bed, super cold air, hot water, private and safe parking, and 24-hour telephone assistance. The parking space is a little narrow, so you must follow the instructions. Other things to note a SMALL and cozy space 14'x10'. We are located in a very picturesque neighborhood of Santurce. Our neighborhood can be a bit noisy (roosters) but I will provide earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The locals are friendly people and you can walk quietly through our neighborhood. We also have a mango tree 🥭 that you can enjoy in season. We have security staff and private parking. In the common area you will see 2 cats, they are our pets and are vaccinated
