This adorable nook is located less than a mile from historic downtown Round Rock and Woodbine Mansion while only 15 minutes from Austin. Original hardwood parquet floors, plenty of natural light, mid-century modern furniture, and clever art that supports independent artists complete the Sweet Pea Pod design aesthetic. The space Formerly our home’s formal living area, this converted studio has been transformed into a completely private suite designed for rest and productivity. REST: Relax in a spacious King-size bed. WORK & SIP: A dedicated workspace and eating area features a well-stocked coffee bar. SPA BATHROOM: Features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a luxurious rainfall showerhead, black hexagon tiling, and full-size salon-quality toiletries. SMART COMFORT: Enjoy voice-controlled temperature settings (Google Assistant) for staying cozy without getting out of bed. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WALKWAY: There is no paved walkway to the entrance. You will need to walk across our grassy yard, which can become muddy during rain. Please bring appropriate footwear. If navigating uneven or muddy terrain is a concern for your mobility or preference, this listing may not be the best fit. STREET NOISE: We are located on the corner of a busy residential street. While the suite is cozy, traffic noise is audible. We provide a white noise machine to ensure a restful night's sleep! Guest access You have a separate entrance secured by a smart lock for seamless, independent self-check-in. The suite is 100% private; however, it shares a wall with our side of the house. We try our best to be as quiet as possible, but we do live on the other side, so we appreciate your understanding! Ample street parking. See note above regarding the walkway across our front yard and street noise! Other things to note STREAMING SERVICES: we provide a TV with a Roku but guests will need to use their own login credentials to access each individual service (i.e. Netfix, Hulu, etc)
