This allows you to avoid parking tickets, as enforcement officers might patrol randomly. Fees (plus HST): 24-hour: $19.75 & 48-hour: $28.55 & 7-day: $42.83 📝 You can purchase online up to 2 weeks in advance, and the permit must be printed and displayed on your windshield. 📍The permit allows you to park within your designated permit zone, not just in front of our house . Helpful Tips & Guest Advice: Short-term stops (1–3 hours) are usually ok, but overnight parking strongly requires a permit. Once purchased, print and prominently display it on your dashboard. Use the map to confirm eligible streets in your permit zone. 🧼 Laundry Access Guests are welcome to use the washing machine 🧺 located in the basement. If using bags, use white or transparent recycling bags only. 🗑️ Black Bin (Garbage): For general, non-recyclable waste. If bagging, use black garbage bags only. 🌱 Green Bin (Organic Waste): For food scraps and yard waste. No plastic bags inside; use compostable liners if needed.
