Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence in Tasta. Take a walk to Tastaveden and enjoy the views of the city. Or take a trip to Kanelsnurren on the way to the Nordic region's largest skatepark. There are good bus connections to Stavanger city center. Shopping center (Alti Tasta) with fitness center is a 2 minute walk away. The space In Fagerstølveien 9 you have the main floor consisting of entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and three bedrooms. Everything except the bathroom has been refurbished in the last five years. In the basement you have a TV living room with a sofa that can be turned into a sleeping place using a mattress topper. Go through the TV room to get to the guest room with a double bed, and a workplace. These two rooms were refurbished in 2021. In the basement you also have a laundry room and an extra bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Here is a lovely, sheltered garden with several dining areas/seating groups, gas grill, greenhouse, trampoline and sandbox. Feel free to use children's toys in the garage, living room and children's room! Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden except for some storage rooms in the basement. This door is marked with "private". Other things to note Main floor Kitchen and living room in one, three bedrooms, fully equipped bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. - Master bedroom with double bed (180*210), - a children's room with an elevated bed that you climb up to (90*200), - and a children's room with an elevated bed and ladder (90*200). Basement: In the basement there is one bedroom with a double bed (150*200). In the TV living room it is possible to put a mattress topper on the sofa for additional guests for a fee per guest. Here is also a bathroom and laundry room that will be renovated in the long run, but which works. We have a travel bed and changing mat for babies that can be used if needed (at no extra cost, but please let us know). There are two Tripp Trapp chairs as well as an Ikea high chair for children available.
