Cozy, quiet home in Quincy

Come stay at our cozy home in a quiet part of Quincy! Full basement lounge area, game table, foosball table and lots of room to relax. Close to South Park, Hy-vee grocery store & West View golf course. 3.5 miles from the Oakley Lindsay Center & Quincy's riverfront. The space The main level has a living room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. There is a primary bedroom on the main level where one of the full bathrooms is located in the bedroom. There is a smart TV on the main level. The lower level has a living room with a ROKU TV, foosball table & game table. The lower level has a half bathroom that leads into the only bedroom on the lower level. The laundry is located on the lower level through the bedroom. There is new carpet throughout the lower level. The space is close to Hy-vee grocery store which also has a Starbucks inside. Close to South Park which hosts events during warmer months. It is just miles from the riverfront & golf course. There is a Dairy Queen also close by to fill your sweet tooth! It is a quiet neighborhood & requires low noise level at night. If you choose to be outside in the evening we ask that you use the space in the backyard to limit noise. The space has an enjoyable covered front porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee. Guest access The garage is unavailable but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Parking is allowed only on the south side of the street if needed. Other things to note There is a ring doorbell at the main entry & a camera in the backyard. We require guest who want to book to have reviews. We do not allow events or gatherings. We do not allow pets on the property. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property or charge additional cleaning fees if rules are broken.
