This is a light, airy 2 bed, 2 full bath two story townhome - 950 square feet and is air conditioned. Plenty of on street parking available. One street over from University - walk to brunch, dinner, shops, and explore all that this beautiful, trendy neighborhood has to offer. The house is on a street with lots of cross traffic as people exit the highway, but is quiet at night. The space Walk in to the living room and modern kitchen downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one, a master with oversized bath and closet, the other a medium sized room with bathroom in the hallway next door. Lots of light, with a modern feeling. Guest access You will have access to the entire front unit. Other things to note This is a property with three units and you will be in your own separate unit (one side of a duplex).
