southEiFEL-FiNCA I love it beautiful!

Vacation on a finca in the EiFEL is not possible?! Yes, we'll make it happen! We fulfilled our dream of living on our own finca 18 years ago. After some time, our tiny finca was added. It has been realized with a lot of love and creativity. With an area of only about 30 square meters, it still has a lot to offer: unique kitchen, cozy sitting area with dining table, loft bed with 2 single sleeping places, TV, WiFi, toilet, shower and storage room, 2 terraces. The space The small finca is located behind our main house on the same property. (Terrace-shaped on approx. 1700 m²) We have 3 cats on the go that you may encounter. Our chickens (13 chickens, 1 rooster) are in the enclosure! Access to the guesthouse is via a separate path from the finca parking lot. The sink in the toilet is equipped with cold water, the sink in the kitchen with mini water heater and the shower also has a mini water heater! Guest access Shared use of the paths, entrances and accesses. Other things to note Many beautiful hiking trails can be reached directly from the finca. Hiking in the Felsenland Südeifel (e.g. "Grüne Hölle" Bollendorf, Irreler waterfalls) just 25 minutes away. Close to Luxembourg: - Vianden (20min) - Müllerthal (30 min.) - Echternach 35 minutes) -City of Luxembourg (60 min) Tip: public transport in Luxembourg is free! NEW from Easter 2026: The via ferrata in Neuerburg (only 5 km away!)
