We are centrally located to the wonders of nature and history in the Adirondack Park approximately 100 yards from Lake Champlain which is easily accessed down the path through Ballard Park. You will enjoy the peace, quiet and relaxation the property provides. The space The Studio suite is a single room, approximately 400 square feet and located on the second floor of the Carriage House behind the Main House (The Victorian Lady). The property has private parking for up to 5 vehicles with gardens surrounding the entire property. Guest access Guests have full access to the Studio, back yard, gardens and front porch of the main house with a view of Lake Champlain.
