Ten min to the Tybee beaches or Savannah downtown the property is perfect for those wanting to experience all the area has to offer. With enough space to everyone in your group, the house also has several unique access features in that the second floor can be closed off if need be for guest, work or family separation with the second floor accessible via the rear master sliding door. The space and bedroom configuration has a great deal of configuration flexibility based on your group’s needs. Guest access Guests have full use of the house and yard. Please park to the right as host uses drive to the left.
