The building has a common entrance for all properties, is equipped with lift access, and is located on Rua Ivens, behind the Funchal Municipal Garden, one of the city’s main arteries. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is no private parking. From this building you can get to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park. In the city centre there is plenty of information about all sorts of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
