Barn conversion annexe for up to 2 adults all on 1 level, set in a peaceful garden with private drive and entrance, fully 6ft fenced & secure for 2 small-medium dogs. Vaulted ceiling with beams and skylights in lounge, open plan kitchen. Large bedroom looking into the garden. 2 single orthopedic rise & fall beds with mattress & pillow protectors, put together to make 1 super king or kept as singles. Modern en-suite shower / wet room with non-slip flooring, high seated toilet with arm support. The space Light and airy open plan modern kitchen-diner-lounge with 1 very large bedroom and en-suite shower / wet room. The annexe was converted from 1 of the 3 barns that make up the property. The back door from the kitchen opens onto the conservatory of the owner's house but this is always kept locked. Guest access The annexe backs onto the main Barns which are set in large, secure gardens surrounded by a 6ft fence. If you have dogs you will be welcome to use the gardens during your stay, poo bags are provided. There is a small patio area outside your bedroom with table & 2 chairs. Other things to note The annexe is all on 1 level with no steps. The bedroom has a pair of rise and fall orthopedic beds which makes 1 Super King sized bed and the en-suite shower room has accessibility extras, including rubber non-slip flooring, a seat for the shower, high seated toilet with grab rails and door that opens outwards, not inwards; for ease of access. Fresh towels, soaps, toilet rolls etc., plus tea, coffee, brown & white sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and condiments are all provided, alongside a breakfast welcome pack of milk, butter, yoghurts, granola, croissants, jam & marmalade.
