Guest access You'll have access to the full home via electronic keypads Other things to note This house is excellent for family gatherings, small friend groups, and corporate/non-profit team building. The driveway accommodates five cars well. Street parking is unavailable to Airbnb per city ordinances day or night. Please plan accordingly and contact us for solutions if needed. -Unauthorized visitors: Your reservation is limited to the guest count listed on your reservation during the day and overnight. Feel free to get in touch with us for exceptions. We aim to restrict large parties, not families, from stopping by. Non-overnight visitors must leave by 10 pm. -Please abide by city noise ordinances in effect at 10 pm. This home entertains well inside. -Unauthorized guests without prior approval will be subject to a $50.00 fine per person per day or an immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund per Airbnb's terms of conduct. -Vehicles parked on the road are subject to a $100.00 fine per vehicle per day.
