The Moon room - in a peaceful beautiful townhouse

I live with my cute dog co-host Indigo - she loves meeting all of the guests! You will share the downstairs bathroom with the guest across the hall in the Sunroom. Note: Currently looking for a live in part time cleaner / dog walker if anyone is looking for something more long term The space Beautiful, peaceful and sunny colony house. The sun shines through the front (sunroom and living room) in the morning and through the back late afternoon. My home is your home, chill on the swing chair, read a book or kick back relax and watch a movie — there is plenty of space. Feel free to use the kitchen and make a big meal for your group round the dining table. I hope you enjoy you stay ! STL licence no: 508789 EPC rating: C Its a double upper colony townhouse. These are victorian colonies that were originally built for Factory workers for a Brewery that used to be near here. The colonies are a cute, quiet family type neighbourhood. It’s great to use as a base away from the hustle and bustle but still be close to town without noise of traffic. A double upper means I have a main door on the street level but I don’t have any rooms street level, instead they are on the 2 upper floors. Although there are multiple guests we often don’t hear each other as the place is quite spacious + spread over 2 floors. 1st Floor The Moonroom and Sunroom are on the First floor. I prefer to keep these to one person per room so there is only a few people sharing the downstairs bathroom. However occasionally I can accomodate 2 in one room. You can also find the Living room and Kitchen on the first floor. All guests will also get allocated their own cupboard and fridge shelf to store their food. 2nd Floor The Zen room and the Lookout are on the 2nd floor. They are large bedrooms with attached bathrooms and are more suitable for a couple. I am usually in one of the bedrooms - usually the Sun room or Zen Room. Please note I have a very friendly dog called Indigo who loves to meet everyone. Please let me know if you don’t like dogs and I can arrange her to stay somewhere else for shorter stays. Vibrant cafes of leith = 5 -10 mins walk - The shore = 15 mins walk - City centre = 30 - 40 mins walk or 10 min Uber or drive - Nearest bus stop = 5 mins walk Guest access You can use the Kitchen, Living Room or Bathroom on the ground floor. These spaces are also shared by others - however you will only share the bathroom with guest from the Sunroom. The living room is hardly used - so if you want it to yourself - feel free to shut the door for some quiet reading time in the swing chair in the morning or perhaps a movie night. During your stay I might not always be around as I work alot — however if any questions please message here and someone will reply asap. Other things to note I have a very friendly dog called Indigo that loves meeting all people. If you don’t like dogs she can normally stay with my parents over shorter stays.
