Resort style self contained 1 bedroom pool house

Book your cosy winter getaway or summer pool side resort stay with us in this brand new pool house with everything you need to be super relaxed and comfortable. Located just 20 minutes from the beach, city, hills and Swan Valley Wine Region, the house offers a full kitchenette and outdoor bbq, plenty of sitting, dining and relaxing choices. Have a luxury bath or shower followed by a quiet, private relax in your very own pool house. We are also family friendly and can arrange extra bedding. The space The pool house has just been built, so it's all crisp and new - we think you'll like it! It has two reverse cycle aircons (one in living room, one in bedroom), so you can set the temp to as hot or as cold as you like :) The living space has large 55" TV wall mounted, a small 4 person dining table, and comfy 4 seater couch. This space also contains a kitchenette, with gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, and all utensils you will need (if you need anything we don't have, come knock on the main house and we can sort you out!). There is also a large entertaining BBQ in the outdoor kitchen on the porch. The bedroom has queen bed, bedside tables and also a long desk which can be used as a workspace if required. Storage wise, there are built ins, with drawers and space for full length clothes hanging. Bathroom is lovely - large mirror, rain shower and also a deep bath to relax in. Guest access You have full, exclusive, access to the whole pool house, including the balcony and BBQ. The grass and pool will be shared with us - we have 2 young kids who you might hear and see in the back yard. But they won't interfere with your stay! We are, however, a friendly bunch, so come say hi if you fancy it! Other things to note This is our pool house at the rear of our property, and can be accessed via a side passage down the side of the main property. The pool itself is shared between the pool house and us in the main property. When the weather is hot, you might see us in the pool also - do come and say hi if you do see us!
