Located on a coffee farm in the mountains minutes above Las Vegas, this furnished 1 bed/1 bath house provides the perfect relaxing getaway. The balcony overlooks the town of Las Vegas, Yojoa lake, and various mountain ranges. Relax in the rocking chairs with coffee as the sun rises over the lake, or in the afternoon as the clouds roll in. Fully furnished kitchen, living room with futon, and laundry on request. Second furnished apartment available on request for additional fee. Parking on street. The space This house is located along a lightly travelled unpaved road on a working 8 manzana coffee farm in a small village above Las Vegas. it's a quiet and relaxing space on a private property, with occasional workers tending the coffee. Guest access The house has 2 separate living areas. The second apartment is available at request for an additional fee. There will be no other parties renting this space during your stay. Guests are welcome to explore and hike the farm. Please take care to not destroy or damage the coffee. There are steep hills and drop-offs. Explore at your own risk. The perimeter of the farm has a barbed wire fence. Please do not cross fences. Other things to note There is a small pulpería within approximately 100 meters of the house. There is a supermarket and a Despensa Familiar located in Las Vegas approximately 10 minutes before you arrive at the house. You will also find a couple coffee shops, Bembos pizza, and other small eating places by the park.
