Fenced and gated the guesthouse and main house are on 2 acres. Starry, quiet nights are the norm. Prescott and Prescott Valley are 25 minutes away; Prescott Airport is 10. There are convenient yummy restaurants. Watch a movie; take a walk; plan day-trips. Central to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Phoenix & Flagstaff. The space The Cottage at Granite Vista has an open living room and dining room with an eat-at counter top too. This cottage feel spacious; not crowded. The garage viewed in the listing is available to our guests for only limited storage, like suitcases or bikes. Other things to note There is ample parking in the driveway for a car or two. We do not allow RV parking. Although the garage is not included for parking it can be used by guests for limited storage.
