It is bright and spacious. On the ground floor you will find: A large living room with 2 large sofas ideal for family aperitifs. A dining area for large tables An office area A large fitted kitchen. The house has 5 bedrooms that are all air-conditioned: 1 master bedroom with a 160 cm bed 1 guest room with a 160 cm bed 3 children's bedrooms, two with single beds and one with double bed at your disposal. The house is surrounded by north and south-facing terraces that allow you to relax either in the sun or in the shade depending on the season. You will have access to the large garden and swimming pool when the season permits. Pool house and pool bar We also have a petanque court and a climbing block. This is our main residence, our personal belongings are present in the house. We are a family of 5, but the house is perfect for 8 people to live comfortably. A nice cat who loves cuddles and children on site to feed depending on the period Please note, family stays only, We refuse festive groups such as bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or others.
