Just a short walk to Fountain Square or Garfield Park. This stylish 1 bedroom unit includes parking underneath the large furnished deck and completely new appliances and furnishings. Sleeps up to 5 as you can relax in the king bed in the bedroom while others can sleep on the Luonto king couch bed or chair twin bed. Guest access You will have full access to the carriage house apartment and attached deck. The garage below the carriage house is not available as we use it for our vehicles. We have a propane grill and gravity fed charcoal grill/griddle/smoker available for use on the deck attached to our house - just let us know if you plan on using either.
