A room with a balcony

A 24 square meter room in a private house. The family lives there. Balcony and shared bathroom use. In Hohen Neuendorf. Quiet location. Parking on the street in front of the house. 10 min by car to BH S1 or 15 min. by bus. Our buses run every hour and in the evening only until 8:30 pm. After that, we'd have to arrange a shuttle if I can manage it in time. (For €5) For motorized vehicles, this is no problem at all. Parked at the S-Bahn, you are in Berlin City in 20 minutes. The bed is 1.60 m and also good for 2 people. The space For backpack tourists, not so ideal for a Berlin vacation. Buses run every hour and in the evening only until 8:30 pm. My house is located on the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path. For bikers, it's great. A 3-minute walk is an Italian "Bella Vista" overlooking the Havel and Marina. Guest access Shared bathroom.
