But for those with energy the opportunities are endless; walk along the foreshore and enjoy 180 degree Bay views, cycle, play beach volleyball, fish, hire a boat and spend the day on the water. This idyllic Edwardian home has two generous sized bedrooms each with a dedicated work space. The home can sleep up to six guests. There is a double-sized sofa bed in the living room for your convenience. The home has a spacious kitchen with quality appliances, including electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave & Nespresso machine. Designed for entertaining, the sun drenched garden courtyard has a large lawn bordered by fruit trees and a rear undercover alfresco deck with a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. If you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else, stroll down to Mordialloc Village for a wide array of cafes, restaurants and wine bars. If you’re spending a few days here, take a drive south down to Mornington Peninsula for long scenic walks, gourmet wineries, world class golf courses and the sandy shores of Port Philip Bay.
