Our unit is also situated across from all the main amenities (see map) and was completely remodeled in JUNE 2022. Next door is Founders Park & Plantation Yacht Harbor. You are minutes away from a large chain grocery store, CVS pharmacy and movie theater. Fine dining and casual dining are minutes away! **High Speed Internet, Electric, and Water included!! Accommodation - Sleeps 8 - All bedrooms are upstairs NO PETS Guest access Guests may use the beach, pool and tennis courts. Guest may also fish off the common dock area. If you would like to bring your boat you can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. No docking allowed at the EBC marina (owners only).
