Welcome to Sunset Pointe! The 2bdr/1bath, 978 square foot, lakefront cottage is home to stunning High Rock Lake sunsets. Boats welcomed!Enjoy your time by relaxing on the pier boat watching, enjoying water activities on the private beach, fishing, or grilling under the covered boat house porch. The cottage is centrally located within one hour from Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Statesville, and High Point. Sunset Point is the perfect place to spend family time by the lake! The space The spacious, lakefront property is home to a charming 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage, with an air mattress to accommodate two more additional guests (6 total). Rooms include linen, towels, beach towels, along with extra comforters/pillows if needed. Basic kitchen setup is provided, along with a large grill and supplies to cook out. The cozy living room provides a large flat screen tv with Firetv access. The bathroom has a shower/toilet/vanity, as well as shampoo/conditioner/soap/hair dryer provided. Plentiful parking can be found on the half acre lot. A full covered porch with tv is accessible for grilling and entertaining by the water. Outdoor gas fire pit and bonfire pit on site. Guests will enjoy participating in water activities on the private beach, although water shoes are highly recommended. Floating pier with steps to swim. Two kid kayaks are available. The pier/floater is available for use with boats. Guest access Access includes entire cottage, private beach, and covered boat house porch. Kid kayaks available upon request. Pier is available. Other things to note The property is in a central, prime location. Major cities such as Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and Statesville are all within a one hour drive. Lexington and Salisbury are located within 25 minutes.
