The kitchenette/sitting room has a love seat, 2 seat high top table, a well equipped kitchen, and a smart tv. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown Cape Coral which has excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and nightlife. Also, a short walk to a beautiful park.
