The space This is an entire apartment in an older historic building that was recently renovated! It’s an affordable apartment and not luxury, please don’t expect a Ritz when booking. The cozy living space includes a full-sized kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Guest access You will have sole access to the full apartment: a bedroom, bathroom, and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, oven/, electric range, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Coin-operated laundry is available in the building, but not in the apartment. Other things to note Due to the age of the building (over 100 years old) and the sheer size (over 200 units), you may see occasional pests inside the unit. We perform regular pest control but cannot guarantee that the apartment will be completely pest free.
