Relax with the whole family at this beautiful spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. 15-min drive from Punta Gorda airport & 40 mins from Fort Myers & Sarasota/Bradenton airports. This home has everything you need to relax & unwind including a heated pool under the covered lanai. Located nearby to restaurants & shopping & only a short 15 min drive to Fisherman's Village & Port Charlotte Beach Complex. Beautiful Siesta Key beach with white powder sand (sand never gets hot) is only 40 mins away. The space This spacious three-bedroom home features high-speed internet, 2 Smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens and towels. Private entrance from the primary bedroom onto the lanai and pool deck allow for quick access to the primary bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a beautiful King bed featuring a Tempur-Pedic mattress, the 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed also with a Tempur-Pedic mattress & the 3rd bedroom includes a comfortable Full-size bed. Both sofas include pull-out beds for additional sleeping accommodations. Linens, pillows & blankets provided on request for the pull-out sofas. There is a covered propane gas BBQ available just outside the lanai. A full propane tank will be provided, however should you empty it during your stay and require a refill, it is your responsibility. A Super Walmart is only a few minutes away for a propane tank exchange. Basic grilling tools provided. Please note: Basic cleaning of the grill is done. However, we cannot anticipate the level of usage during each reservation, therefore we request each guest ensure the grill is scraped down while still hot after usage. Guest access Guests have private key-less entry access to the whole house, except the garage and 2nd bathroom closet. We value your experience during your stay & are happy to assist where we can. While we are not able to meet you at the house to check in, we are on stand-by to assist with any questions or reasonable requests during your stay. Other things to note We've provided many of the basics below to help make this vacation house a home away from home. Whether you like to cook or bring food in, you'll find everything you need for up to 10 guests. A few board games are also provided. While the home is suitable for young children, all children must be supervised when in the lanai and pool. For your safety, a child gate has been put up around the pool. Children’s large, medium and toddler size life jackets are provided. There are outdoor security cameras for safety. *Please note, daily housekeeping is not provided.
