Comfortable B&B near Cognac

Comfortable b&b room on our family property. Room sleeps up to 4 with one double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed is really only suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, I also have a cot . Enclosed courtyard, perfect countryside for road bikes and mountain bikes. Ideally situated between Angoulême (35mins), Cognac(20mins), and La Rochelle (1h30mins). Train links in nearby Jarnac. 18 hole golf course in St Brice. Home cooked meals available on request. Breakfast is an extra 7.5€ per person. The space Private room with en-suite. Light, airy and very comfy. Guest access You have use of our private courtyard During your stay You have use of our private courtyard along with guests who might be staying in our gîte. Other things to note I do also have a cot for babies so please ask if you require this
