We are located near the historic center, 10 min. walk from the Basilica's Church. Near the house you will find bus stops that will allow you to move easily around the city. We are conveniently located between the Metro stops of Quito, El Ejido and U. Central, which allows you to walk to the house without any problem. The space The house, erected in 1937, has been carefully restored and renovated in collaboration with an architect and civil engineer. Although we have made considerable efforts to improve it, the bathrooms are centrally located, which means that they are shared by the residents. Guest access Guests have access to any of the property's 5 bathrooms, which are divided into men's and women's bathrooms. In addition, they can access the kitchen space, the laundry room using a magnetic key, and enjoy the terrace. During your stay We are here to help you at all times.
