Lovely cottage in Oakham-a calm and relaxing oasis

Courtyard Cottage is a well located two bedroom holiday cottage in the centre of Oakham. With off-street parking, an enclosed courtyard garden and everything you need within walking distance, this cottage makes a stay in beautiful Rutland easy. The cottage is particularly suited to a couples weekend away with excellent restaurants a short walk away and 2 comfortable double bedrooms with king size Silentnight beds. The space A lovely new property-open plan kitchen with patio door access to courtyard garden. A separate sitting room with patio access. Also downstairs is a small toilet and utility room. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with new king size Silentnight beds and a shared bathroom with shower. The outside courtyard is a lovely sun trap and oasis of calm. Other things to note There is a car parking space for one car (it is a tight space but I do get a Volvo XC90 in it……just!).
