We are a vacation house for rent service. Our bed space capacity is up to 30 guests only, and additional guests above 16 are subject to additional fees (P300). Cottage (Bedroom 1) - 2 full sized bed (4pax) - 2 full sized floor mattress (4pax) & space for extra beddings for (2pax) Air-conditioned Bathroom Tree House (Bedroom 2) - 1 double sized bunk bed, 1 single bunk bed & Sofa bed (8pax) - 2 single bed (2pax) & space for extra beddings for (2pax) Air-conditioned Toilet Main Room - 1 Queen sized bed, 2 Full double sized bed, 1 Single bunk bed & Sofa bed (9pax) Air-conditioned Bathroom across the hall LIVING / DINING and more.. - Function Hall Our hall can be used for hosting events, parties, set up dining area. - Spacious Living & Dining area - Outdoor Kitchen; equipped with gas stove, BBQ grill, cooking utensils, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, hot & cold water dispenser (1st gallon free), pots and pans. (Please bring your own cooking condiments, disposable plates, cups, spoon & fork.) - Private swimming pool with garden - Outdoor Playground area for the kids - Mini Campfire (space to set up tents) - Bonfire purchased woods (P 300) - 2 Common Bathrooms (1st & 2nd floor) - Open shower near the swimming pool - Urinal near the swimming pool - Parking Lot of up to 4 parking slots - Security cameras on the property - We also offer videoke rental of PhP 800-1K/day through our local supplier. If interested, please confirm with us at least a day before your check-in date. Guest access Free use of the function hall, swimming pool, play ground, hammock, garden area, open kitchen & dining area, Tree house, Cottage and Main room. Other things to note For hosting parties for the entire day, our venue can accommodate up to 50 guests. However for sleeping bed space, our capacity is up to 30 pax only. Please keep in mind we charge Php 300 per person exceeding 16 pax. Airbnb can only allow up to 16 number of guests on their check box. You may pay the rest of the balance for extra persons and other fees upon check in date.
