Escape to our stunning Point of View Lakehouse, a newly built 4 bedroom paradise. With Insta-worthy sunsets, a large dock with non-motorized water toys, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and more, cherish moments with loved ones. Your dream retreat awaits! The space Full walk out; the house has 4 bedrooms and three full baths, with an additional pull out couch. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the large family room or expansive deck that overlooks the water. Located on a quiet bay you can enjoy canoeing and kayaking or jump off the dock. To wind down after dinner you can roast marshmallows around the campfire, sip a glass of wine at the firetable, or curl up to watch a movie in the living room. The quaint town of Parry Sound is 10mins north with grocery stores, an LCBO/beer store, and a number of restarants including Trestle Brewery and Turtle Jacks. Golfers can try out Seguin Valley Golf Club, rated one of the top 100 golf courses in Canada. The cottage is fully stocked: - All linen and towels - Kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, BBQ tools, serving dishes, etc.) - Coffee maker including coffee and tea - Large flat screen with Netflix/Amazon, board games, puzzles - Gas BBQ, firepit, gas fire table - Fireplace and firewood - Non-motorized watercrafts (canoe, peddle boat, kayak, SUP, adult life jackets) - Wifi We hope you love it as much as we do! We have some adult lifejacks available by the lake but no child sized lifejackets.
