Villa Clara is located in the first row to the sea, and you are only 40m away from the beach. There are 4 apartments in the house, 25m2 in size with a 15m2 terrace. There is a possibility of an extra bed in the apartments. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, views of the Adriatic Sea and tall Mediterranean palm trees. At about 30 meters there is the famous Lungomare promenade that leads to Opatija and offers you numerous recreational and relaxation activities.
