Cottage by the bay
Welcome to serene Robbinston, Maine. This magical place is one of the last wild places on the east coast where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Maine wilderness. From the back deck you can enjoy watching whales in the bay, seals on the beach, and eagles soaring the sky. Additional wildlife include moose, deer, bear, lynx, and fox. Enjoy a campfire in the backyard or on the beach and lose yourself in the details of the Milky Way spreading out above you or the occasional Aurora Borealis. The space A charming year round coastal house that was built in 1908 on the location of a pre civil war era ferry crossing with remnants of the old pier. The house is updated and includes a master bedroom with queen bed overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay, a large bunk room with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, and a smaller “teen room” with single bed. There is a new bathroom that is also upstairs. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, and living room with pellet stove. We are a Native American family and take pride in our hunting heritage and included 2 moose mounts in the living room. Please respect the mounts as these magnificent animals fed our family for 3 years. Other things to note We are happy to welcome your furry friends but please do not allow them on the furniture or beds.
