This stylish place to stay is perfect for families who are friends or large families. The space In the heart of the beautiful Sauerland, in Winterberg, we have fulfilled a lifelong dream, our own vacation home! A place to recharge and relax - Space for family and friends for a break together! The whole house has a large living unit (this one) and a small apartment (the small break), which share a common hallway or a wardrobe. This listing is for booking the large apartment. Guest access Just finished! The apartment is about 180 square meters and there is enough space for everyone! Perfect for family gatherings of all kinds. The 4 exclusive bedrooms have very high quality box spring beds, all with a width of 1.80 m. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. There is also another shower room and a guest toilet. The large, open living room with magnificent views and open kitchen invites you to linger and can accommodate 8-12 people! In addition, there is also a "living room for children" in the attic, where 2 children could also sleep. We are also happy to provide 2 travel cribs for babies. Throughout the house, oak parquet is laid with underfloor heating, and there is also a high-quality gas fireplace with great heating power, which provides soothing warmth. All materials, furniture, colors and fixtures are made and selected with a lot of love for detail. Please note: our large vacation rental accommodates a maximum of 8 adults. Additional children or toddlers up to 4, 5 or 6, depending on age. If you are a larger group, then you can book the whole house (also available here). Then you have 4 more beds, then the small getaway would be added. Other things to note Towels and linens included. The house is explicitly not a party house! No bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed. If your departure day is a Sunday, you are welcome to use the property until 4:00 pm! This exception is only valid for Sundays!
