Close to the beaches, restaurants and bustle of this popular resort and complete with communal pool and bathing area. A walk through the old town and harbour and along the coast to Puerto Calero is a must, and all this is just on the doorstep of this fabulous apartment. The space The bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a large walk in shower and top loading washing machine. The open plan living and kitchen area have large sliding patio doors to the balcony that look out to the sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven and hob and large fridge freezer. There is air conditioning in the living area of this apartment should guests need to keep cool. Guest access Guests can use all of the apartment and the communal areas of the complex. Other things to note This apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 2 guests Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace and strictly no smoking inside the apartment. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a spare set of bed linen and towels for each guest. If you are staying for less than 10 nights and require an additional bed linen and towel set, this can be arranged for an additional cost of 20€ per double / twin room. Your exit clean is included in the cost of the accommodation, but we kindly ask that our guests leave the apartment in the manner they found it, and ensure that rubbish is removed from the property and disposed of and dishes and glasses are washed up and put away. We do also offer a chargeable housekeeping service during your stay, and if you would like the cleaning team to clean and carry out bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if you are interested we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements. Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare the holiday home and we ask kindly that you do not turn up early on your arrival day or leave late on your departure day (unless prior arrangement has been made with us). We can offer a guaranteed early check in or late check out (subject to availability) for an additional price of 50% of the property nightly rate, and this can be arranged at the time of booking or before your stay. If you prefer to take a chance, then the week before your arrival you can contact us to see if an earlier check in is possible, and we will try to accommodate this (subject to availability and depending if we have another guest vacating on the same day as your arrival), and the same for a later check out. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to reserve and early / late check in and pay for this service.
