Its particular design, high ceilings, tons of natural light and open spaces, make it a unique space for delight, rest and comfort. Located just 500 meters from La Malvarrosa Beach and featuring all modern comforts, it has everything for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in the beach of Valencia. The space Our “Brisa” apartment has been completely renovated in March 2022 and is located on the ground floor of a residential building in the fishing district of El Cabanyal (recently ranked as third coolest neighbourhood in Europe by "The Guardian"). It features high ceilings, a vast open kitchen, a spacious living & dining room area, one bathroom and a sleeping area. The spacious and bright living & dining space, offers a comfortable 3-seater sofa, an armchair, an auxiliary table, a dining table that seats 4 and a flat screen Samsung Qled Smart TV 4K of 55”. Also curtains to block the light. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you might require to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Basic kitchen condiments and detergent for washing crockery are also provided. You will also find a washing machine. The Master bedroom features a comfy double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm to ensure a good night's rest. It has built-in wardrobes with enough room for clothes and luggage. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are for exclusive use in the apartment. If you plan to go to the beach, please kindly bring your own beach towels, or you can easily buy them in the beach area. The high-speed internet connection (300 MB Fiber Optic) will allow you to stay connected during your stay. Please ask if you have any special needs, and we will be happy to help you with anything we can. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - This apartment is a touristic apartment with license and before arrival you will be asked to provide with your personal details and sing a tourist rental contract. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
