There is lots to enjoy outdoors as well with a firepit area, Quoites (Horseshoes) Game, swing set, pond with dock, and 2 Balconies. NO MORE THAN 18 GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMATION OF THE RESERVATION. Shooting times vary but there is the potential for noise while you're staying. It is definitely safe to be outside as no guns are being shot in the direction of the property. **Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries occurring in or around the ponds, DO NOT SWIM. **The home is heated and cooled with mini splits, please note the instructions at the home on how to operate and please be aware heat and ac can not be run at the same time, all units must either be on heat or ac **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
