Our home has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a queen size air mattress, and a moderate living area. Three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs give you plenty of privacy, if needed. $150 pet fee (1pet under 20lbs) The space Our tastefully decorated duplex home has MSU and Sparty touches throughout. The compact kitchen consists of all cooking essentials and appliances to make prepping for meals a breeze! Fully furnished with all you will need for a group meal or pregame tailgating. Enjoy a game of cornhole, enjoy the charcoal grill, or relax and chill in the backyard. When movie night is what the group is looking for… watch the 55-inch Smart TV in the living room. Otherwise, gather around for a night of fun with our MSU monopoly, cards, dominos, jinga or other games! The Spartan Spot is a perfect setting before MSU game days, graduations, family reunions, baseball games, corporate events, or simply just for getting away for the weekend. While staying with us, stroll through downtown East Lansing or check out the beautiful Michigan State University campus. Mandatory $150 for pet cleaning & sanitation fee (one pet, under 20lbs) regardless of service animal or not. Other things to note Football is by far the largest attraction, with Spartan Stadium just minutes away. A beautiful array of restaurants to satisfy any cravings you may have. With different museums, parks and golf courses to entertain all friends or family that might accompany you on your adventures. Also, our sister city Lansing is cradling a beautiful downtown that is loaded with live music, events and festivals throughout the year! Strict No Smoking Indoors Policy ($5,000 for violations). Due to city stipulations, fire pit has been removed. No Fire Pit. Parking for 3 vehicles max (tandem), please do not park in the 1732 driveway as you will get towed. This is a separate unit.
