Ca'Lupetta, 4-room apt w/garden in the Ticino Park

Exclusive and private use of the whole first floor, consisting in 3 modern and equipped apartments. Completely independent, with a large terrace. Immersed in the Park, between the river, the fields and the woods of Parco del TIcino, in a property of 15k sq.m, with a cultivation of 2000 blueberry plants. Fast WiFi, air conditioning, kitchens, 3 bathrooms, washing machine, 3 Smart TVs The space Ca'Lupetta has been my home (and my daughter's) since I escaped from Milan. I live here with my dogs, my cats and my chickens, between 2000 blueberries and my woods. Although we are only 10 minutes from the tourist attractions of Maggiore and Orta lakes, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from Malpensa Airport, our immediate neighbors are a hay field, woods, the Ticino valley and.. the horses and blueberries of the neighboring farm. I wanted to dedicate part of my large house to 3 small but comfortable, completely independent and autonomous apartments (that can be reserved as a 7 or 8 guests completely private "suite" in a single solution), with the idea to offer all the comforts that are not always taken for granted in a "country house", and the chance to every possible service not only to those on holiday for pure rural tourism but also to those who travel for work. Other things to note The most important things to me when traveling are: "1) everything I have in my home; 2) sleeping comfortably". Easy, uh? "Everything" is relative and subjective (and it's not that simple to offer even if I think and hope I succeeded in getting close to it!) but comfort can't be compromised. This is why I gave absolute priority to everyone's need for a good night's rest. More than sofa beds, I searched for and selected real beds... that are also sofas. You will sleep then on 20cm mattresses (Made in Italy), in couches with a quick, simple and fluid opening (and closing) mechanism. A bunk bed is dedicated to the 7th and 8th guest.
