At 30 sqm, it is one of the smallest of our apartments, but it still offers amazing space for up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor, has a bedroom, a daylight bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with round counter and bar stools. In the living area with floor-to-ceiling windows there is a comfortable sofa bed. The exposed original timber-framed elements in the bedroom and bathroom give this small apartment its special charm. The space Located in the middle of the idyllic old town of Heppenheim, on the southern Hessian mountain road, you will stay comfortably in one of the eight apartments in the historic half-timbered house, which was completely renovated in 2022. Around 1820, the property was first built for a tobacco factory, later used as a department store and for private housing. With a lot of commitment to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special character and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us in this sense.
