It is only permitted one car to park inside of the condominium. If you are traveling with another car, please it must be left on the outside. This is a mandatory rule that must be followed. Other things to note Casa Nogueira is inserted in the Encosta da Caniçada village. Access will be restricted to guests of the reserve only. Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 until 08:00. - Swimming pool: Opening date: 01/05. Closing date: 30/09. - For foreigners, the ID information will be requested according to the Law 23/2007, article 16, where the host is required to report the presence and details of all non-Portuguese to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). You will receive a link to fulfill prior to your arrival and all the details requested are mandatory. - Please inform us of your arrival details at the time of booking so that we can be prepared to receive you. - Try to leave everything as you found it to preserve space. If you have damaged something in the accommodation, please let us know so it can be fixed before the next guests enter. - Our check-in is available after 3pm and check-out is until 11am. If you wish to check in early or check out a little later, please contact us so that we can check availability. - We ask that you inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can have the accommodation ready for your check in. - Please, read carefully the house rules before booking with us.
