Two painstakingly restored buildings comprising eight units ranging from one to four bedrooms, each with their own kitchenette and living space. Designed to follow the elegant simplicity of the Shakers with a focus on natural materials, functional design, and the luxury that comes from well made things. The Boarding House is an homage to the Catskills of old where hospitality came first. The space Apartment 4 is one of three units on the second floor of our Upper Boarding House. This apartment is a sea of tranquility designed to catch the afternoon light and features two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with walk in shower, as well as a small living room and kitchenette perfect for basic meals or relaxing after a day exploring the area. Located just a two minute walk from Callicoon Main Street and a 20 minute drive from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts! Guest access In addition to Apartment 4 you'll have access to our communal spaces such as the Library and Parlor Kitchen, which you are free to use at any time during your stay. Complimentary continental breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Parlor Kitchen.
