Bright, Private, Convenient Room for 1-Night Stays

Welcome to your private room in this shared Southwestern eclectic home located near I-40 and I-25, 15 min from ABQ airport. Your private space includes queen bed, writing desk, coffee maker, mini fridge. You'll have access to shared amenities: laundry, TV (Netflix, Amazon, Chromecast), fast WiFi, bathroom, living/dining, full kitchen, and front porch. This house is shared with the owner, who lives and works from home full-time. Two small dogs live in the house. No smoking or vaping at all. The space This sweet little 1950s Southwestern ranch house is ready to welcome you with its warm wooden ceilings and plenty of amenities. Much of the art is unique and from local artists. You'll have a private bedroom (1 queen bed and desk), and access to a shared living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. I live here and work here full-time with my two dogs. This is my private home, and I'm honored to welcome you. I am pleased to welcome all, including guests of any gender, sexuality, and race. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Right now, I'm only allowing 1-night-long stays. Guest access You'll be given a code for the front door prior to your arrival. You'll also be given a code for your private room, so you can lock it. In addition to your private room (includes a queen bed, writing desk, mini fridge, coffee maker, and storage), you'll get access to shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, living room with 55" smart TV, dining area, and free washer/dryer. You'll also have shared access to the front porch, which has a bench and mountain view. Parts of the property are off-limits, including the back yard and owner's living area. During your stay I live and work part-time on the property. I'm an introvert, so I'll mostly keep to myself, but if you need anything I'll be around most of the time. I do have two dogs who live on the property with me. Other things to note Two dogs (both rescue chihuahua mixes) live on the property. They're friendly towards people but they don't always love other animals, so I can't allow you to bring your pets with you. Please don't rent this room if you are allergic to dogs or if you have a fear of dogs. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. There is no cable TV. However, you may use Amazon Video and Netflix streaming services, plus there's a Chromecast you can use.
