It located in the central Alameda, close to South Shore Premium shopping center which has great restaurants, , coffee shops, only two blocks away from exciting park street, and walking distance to the beach. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy transportation to San Francisco by ferry, or bus. 4.6 mile to OAK airport. The space Lots of natural light, bright and open space. New painting, central heating, brand new appliances and cooking wares are ready for you if love to cook. Brand new bed set and furniture. Outdoor dinner area and parking site is available. Top speed internet, washer/dryer in unit. Everything is for you to enjoy every moment of your stay with us. Since this is a duplex building, downstair unit is a home based preschool for children aged 3-5 years old. preschool open 8:00 am - 5:30 Pm from Monday to Friday. The preschool is closed on federal holidays, Thanksgiving, and winter break( 2 weeks in Dec). In the morning, the children have 2 hours of outdoor activities ( They go to beach, playground, park), then followed by nap time after lunch, so it's relatively quiet . Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and backyard. Other things to note We installed smart lock in front door, we will send you a code once your booking completed. It is very easy and convenient for check in and check out. Kids crib, stroller, highchair, toys, kids eating utensils are all provided. We love pets, unfortunately, we don't allow pet, we want to prevent that the guest after you may be allergic to cats and dogs. No party allowed and quiet time is after 9:00 pm. No smoking allowed inside the house. The smoking penalty is up to $600 plus other damages. Without our approval, We don't allow additional guests that not part of the reservation stays over night.
